AL BACIO opened its second restaurant in Milan, via Turati, about a month ago.
A new declination of AL BACIO that takes up the challenge of being Casual Gourmet in all occasions and in all ways.
From the morning with a counter full of high quality pastries and coffee for breakfast or a break, to lunch where you can choose from gourmet focaccias and sandwiches to take away, or sit down to enjoy one of the chef’s signature bowls or gourmet courses. In the afternoon, until 7:30 pm, AL BACIO becomes an ideal space to study or work remotely, have a snack or an aperitif at the end of work.
AL BACIO is the gastronomic experience that combines culinary and digital technology: 90% of the products are cooked at low temperature, a gentle technique that preserves and enhances the quality of the food, and a full digital ordering system has been created that eliminates the use of paper and allows the customer to order and pay independently from their smartphone.
