The restaurant is set in a courtyard and welcomes guests in an intimate setting, thanks to a rational but informal division of space.
The interior, warm and convivial rooms are characterised by bright but natural colours that recall the ingredients used in the kitchen, eclectic and lively patterns, bright and romantic colours, refined furnishings and custom-made pieces.
Chef Marcello Passoni’s kitchen started out as a nomadic kitchen. During his work experiences and travels around the world, Marcello discovers recipes, techniques and flavours that he brings home to give life to his own idea of cooking, integrating multicultural influences and traditional recipes.
For more than 15 years, the Chef has been working as an itinerant chef for events of different sizes: from private to corporate events in the fashion and design industry, as well as representative and institutional dinners.
The respect for the seasonality of ingredients and Chef Marcello Passoni’s continuous research and experimentation make the menu dynamic and innovative.
