The menu honors Angler’s signature touch of fire and smoke – courtesy of the open hearth, with inspiration drawn from Chef Paul Chung’s Korean heritage and the rich cross-cultural culinary tapestry of Los Angeles.
The space has been designed to foster a variety of social experiences, from plush intimate booths to striking wood tables front and center. The lounge and bar is ideal for snacks, cocktails, and great conversation. The hearth and live fish tanks remain the centerpiece of the room. Whimsical wallpaper and textiles offer rich blues, greens, and golden yellows.
Saison Hospitality Co-Founder & Wine Director Mark Bright and Angler LA Bar Manager Yanni Pediaditis have created a cocktail program highlighting large format options ideal for sharing and playful presentations utilizing local ingredients to complement the cuisine. Bright has curated an extensive wines-by-the-glass program, with several selections from Saison Winery.
