1587 Prime is the newest concept by global hospitality group Noble 33 and redefines the American steakhouse concept through contemporary and immersive design inspired by Kansas City spirit. Created in partnership with NFL champions Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, the concept draws inspiration from America’s favorite pastime and infuses contemporary, artistic design with subtle nods to the game. The design was led by visionary founder Tosh Berman and is brought to life by The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry in collaboration with Noble 33’s award-winning in-house design team.
The grand entrance of 1587 Prime guides guests along a narrowing tunnel that emulates the dramatic walk into a world-class stadium. The experience begins at the concierge area where large, refrigerated displays showcase premium dry-aged cuts that will be featured on the menu, offering a visual prelude to the exceptional dining experience ahead. Gold tick marks surround the concierge area, mimicking yard lines on the field and leather stitching on seating throughout the space reflect the stitching of a football.
The ground floor pulses with nightly live music from a central stage, a large bar that seats 20, and intimate banquettes. Above, a sweeping grand staircase ascends to the second floor revealing a semi-private dining area for over 40 guests and a private dining room for up to 20 with additional access via a discreet VIP entrance. Tables are positioned for a perfect view of the open kitchen as diners get a behind-the-scenes look at Noble 33’s culinary artistry. With 238 seats in total, the space’s bold design and decorative elements blend Noble 33’s signature design with the energy of the game, ensuring the space is just as unforgettable as the menu.
