Amador, San Isidro, Lima – Peru

Project description

In the heart of San Isidro, Lima, a disused building found new life on its fifth floor with Amador, a 638.41 m² rooftop that combines a covered area and terrace to become a setting for intense and memorable experiences.
The project is based on two axes: the rehabilitation of an abandoned building and the construction of a conceptual universe inspired by a fictitious character: Amador, an attractive, cultured and enigmatic man, whose life moves between wisdom and lust, elegance and passion.
This story translates into a space dominated by the tension between two archetypes: the explorer and the passionate. Amador is self-taught, a lover of secrets and the occult, but also a bon vivant who enjoys good design, signature cocktails and exquisite gastronomy.
In its design, duality becomes tangible: the sober and the extravagant coexist in balance, generating an atmosphere that invites both contemplation and celebration. Materiality dialogues with lighting, sound and panoramic views of the city, building a sensory scenario where the exaggerated takes on a leading role.
More than a rooftop, Amador is an immersive experience that celebrates human complexity and turns Lima’s nightlife into a territory of aesthetic and emotional exploration.
