A slice of the Mediterranean has landed in Dubai’s famed Pier 7, taking over Level 4 with a sense of Greek flair and stunning Marina views.
The concept is brought to you by Infini, who have joined forces once again with local design firm Prospect Design International.
From the beginning, the goal was to craft a family-friendly venue that served as a restaurant, bar, lounge, and wine area, all while maintaining an affordable dining experience. Key design highlights include the seamlessly integrated indoor and outdoor bar, providing a versatile and engaging dining experience where guests can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, as well as an organic fluid ceiling that adds a dynamic and modern touch to the interior, creating a flowing, open space. The fabric light suspension above the dining area is another striking design feature.
Materials and color palettes evoke a warm and earthy ambiance that resonates with the essence of Greek design without falling into the stereotypical whites and turquoises. Wood veneer, terrazzo, natural materials, and stone, alongside rich blues, redefine traditional aesthetics with a contemporary twist.
Dubai-based artist Maria Kova is behind the captivating murals across space, taking guests on a magical journey through Greek culture and mythology. From early sketches and mood boards to the final brushstroke, this journey took several months – a process that brought our vision to life in an authentic, artistic way. Drawing inspiration from Greek mythology, Maria’s narrative features mythical figures such as Triton, Poseidon, Apollo, Nike, and the Cretan Bull. Her interpretation is both whimsical and poetic, adding depth and imagination to every corner of the venue.
The showstopper of the space, however, is the wine cellar. It is designed as a belt to the pizza oven within, which is as an open bar counter encouraging guests to interact and become immersed in the restaurant’s lively theatrics.
Elaia is a space that effortlessly progresses from day to night. With the DJ setting the tone from a custom-designed booth, and the interiors and menu working in perfect sync, it’s a true example of how concept, design, and operations come together to craft an experience that’s as joyful as it is strategic.

A beautiful interpretation of Mediterranean design, where guests can ease into the day or embrace the night, surrounded by refined interiors, soulful dishes, and a relaxed charm. Just like those long, lingering hours on the Greek coast.
