Project description

Extinto is a wine cellar designed for those who truly appreciate the art of wine. This project is a spatial intervention carefully integrated into the Leña y Olivo restaurant.
The cellar is distinguished by its elegant vaulted ceilings lined with brick veneers, seamlessly blending into the existing environment.
The design centers around an imposing stone bar, which serves as the heart of the space and the focal point of the experience.
This bar is attended by a wine specialist, who guides visitors on a sensory journey through selected labels and unique flavors.
