CONCEPT DESIGN – DESIGN STORY
• An always welcoming entrance introduces Giraffe’s family friendly interior with playful graphics and bright colour signage.
• An inviting sense of arrival, setting itself apart from the crowd, answering the needs of families and young working adults.
• Giraffe offers the feel-good factor, the colourful design will draw the eye through the terminal and leave our guests feeling refreshed and energised.
• The design of a Giraffe has an inviting, relaxed, sit down atmosphere, surely pulling guests into the restaurant.
• The bar area at Giraffe offers guests an area to enjoy not only drinks,but also sharing plates with friends over cocktails.
• Giraffe has an inclusive, welcoming and vibrant design that will rejuvenate guests before embarking on their journey.
• To give a personal touch to the design, hand painted graffiti walls designed by a renowned artist adorn the wall.
• (Design Firm): In line with Giraffe’s design philosophy and its tagline, “A world of flavours,” our goal was to craft a space that feels vibrant, welcoming, inclusive and unique. . Bold, colourful leather banquettes and plush, retro-inspired seating invite comfort, while powder-coated steel detail finishes adds playful pops of colour at high level. Rustic finishes infuse warmth, complemented by dynamic geometric patterns through floor tiles and upholstery touches.
• (Design Firm): Lush planting plays a key role throughout the interior, with a striking feature tree table providing a flexible spot for solo dining or working. The bar, positioned as a central focal point, invites curiosity with its wide display of products, acting as an anchor element within the relatively small space.
• (Design Firm): Graffiti-style artwork introduces a relaxed, street-inspired vibe, echoing Giraffe’s spirit of travel and discovery. The foundation of raw architectural features — brick, terracotta panels, and concrete renders — harmoniously converges with refined, locally-inspired nuances like copper accents, ornate Indian fret-cuts, and bespoke artwork, culminating in a distinctly recognizable but localised Giraffe aesthetic
