NOI is a space for contemporary Italian cuisine created by the El Pradal group. It is a concept of Italian restaurant open to new flavors, but always faithful to what is “Made in Italy”.In addition, NOI is characterized by deep respect for the raw material, simplicity and exquisite customer service.The key inspiration when developing the project was ‘Italianness’.From the use of colours and materials to the iconography, the space oozes ‘70s Italy: an ‘Italian pop’ style that dominates the restaurant .The colour palette harmoniously fuses terracotta tones, reds and greens, typical of the country and its capital, Rome.Meanwhile, the materials used were ceramic, terrazzo and concrete lattices, reflecting Italian architecture of the ‘70s.
