The reimagining of The Coffee Club Erina Fair kiosk began with one question: how do you create a warm, memorable brand experience in a compact, high-traffic space?
By applying Envirohacking and Designing for Behaviour principles, we placed customer flow and predictable behaviour at the core of the design. Every detail from seating orientation and surface textures to lighting temperature and service flow was crafted to encourage shoppers to pause, connect, and stay a little longer.
Drawing inspiration from the brand’s 1989 heritage, the kiosk blends nostalgia with contemporary design to engage both loyal customers and a new generation. Locally inspired finishes and subtle storytelling elements elevate the compact footprint, turning it into more than just a coffee stop. It’s a welcoming pause point within Erina Fair.
The result is a flexible design solution that empowers franchisees to deliver impact within tight budgets and timelines, while keeping The Coffee Club’s identity strong and consistent across all formats.
