Zorra, Zapopan – Mexico

Project description

Zapopan is the second home of Cervecería Zorra, located in the heart of downtown Zapopan. In this space, clay takes center stage, surrounding visitors with a warm and earthy atmosphere.
The project is the result of a collaboration between Taller Dinamita and Taller Binario, who combined their expertise to create a space that celebrates Mexican artisanal tradition with a contemporary sensibility.
The interior design draws inspiration from traditional materials and handcrafted techniques while embracing a modern approach. The textured walls and terracotta tones evoke the region’s roots, while indirect lighting enhances the forms and creates an intimate, welcoming ambiance.
The furniture, with simple lines and natural materials such as wood and woven fibers, complements the aesthetic of the space, offering comfort and visual harmony. The curved bar, clad in glazed clay tiles, becomes the focal point, seamlessly integrating with shelves filled with greenery that add a touch of freshness to the environment.
Every detail of Zorra Zapopan is designed to connect tradition and modernity, creating a space that invites guests to stay, enjoy craft beer, and experience the essence of contemporary Mexican design. This collaboration between Taller Dinamita and Taller Binario highlights the richness of local materials and techniques within a modern context.
