The Migrant Kitchen, New York – USA

Share

The Migrant Kitchen is a social impact restaurant committed to putting social good at the center of every meal that is created. It all started with a pop-up concept with three goals: 1) to employ migrants, 2) to present migrant cuisine, and 3) to highlight cuisine on the go. The founding team is made up of Palestinians, Mexicans, and Jews, and they have been successfully supporting refugees for years through Gastro-Diplomacy initiatives with the U.S. government and around the world.
The Migrant Kitchen is now a full-fledged culinary player in New York City, and while maintaining its borderless spirit, it is no longer a pop-up; rather, there are three permanent spaces at Time Out Market in DUMBO Brooklyn, at Lincoln Square on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, and at Hospital Row on the Upper East Side, and more locations are on the way.
